2. Eligible Exceptions

Extended Outage: Verified service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours qualifies for pro-rata credit. Must be attributable to Muvixo infrastructure.

Duplicate Charge: Full refund for confirmed duplicate charges with proof from bank/payment provider.

3. Non-Eligible

  • Changed your mind after purchase
  • Purchased wrong plan
  • Issues with your own internet or device
  • Account suspended for terms violation
  • Unused subscription time
